I would try to get a bunny around the same size as your bunny, because breed doesn’t really matter. If your bunny isn’t spayed, I don’t suggest getting one. Rabbits tend to be very territorial, especially un-spayed females. It is very unlikely that they will get along. If you get your female spayed (or if she already is), getting a neutered male is the best choice. They are most likely to get along. If your rabbit isn’t spayed, it is extremely likely that she will attack the bunny you put in the cage. Rabbit fights are very serious; almost all result in injury and some result in death. I think that they best thing you could do is go and get a neutered male from a humane society. I hope this helps and good luck :D

Well i would maybe go to a rescue or a petstore and let your rabbit choose i know that sounds werid but its mor him lol. I dont think breed really matters its the personality. Good luck

Breed doesn’t matter. A great place to start would be contacting the House Rabbit Society. They have rabbits up for adoption and will help you and your bunny find a perfect match.

Breed doesn’t really matter as much as the individual rabbits. I would try to find one close in size, but don’t exclude a rabbit just because it is too big or small.

Your best bet is to go to a shelter or rescue and do some bunny dates. Your rabbit will get to meet other rabbits and she can pick the one she likes. It is done on neutral territory, so fights should be minimal or not happen at all. The volunteers will know what is a good interaction and what is not. You then adopt the rabbit yours likes and do the bonding at home. You might be able to foster a rabbit to see of they get along at home the same way they do at the shelter. If it works out, you adopt the rabbit, if not then you can try with another one and there is no harm to the rabbit.

You do need to get your rabbit spayed before you try bonding. Intact rabbits can be aggressive with other rabbits. The best pairing is usually a neutered male and spayed female.
