I love this song, it does always fill me with a cold shiver though.
I will always remember it as the song that played at the end of the infamous Yorkshire Ripper hoax tape!
I just love this song. its better than rock, rap rnb etc. it does always remind me of the good times with my friends
Excellent Song! I like Andrew’s version better than the one from The Golden Girl’s. That was a great show though! He sounds incredible live! This song always makes my day.

tomorrow when you get off from work or school….go to Krogers and treat yourself to a half gallon. Make it a special gift to yourself like…..”It’s Friday and I was good today” type of celebration. Then get home and fix yourself three heaping scoops. slide over each tastebud individually. Close your eyes and you will go straight to “have mercy” I’m telling you.
Get to a nice quiet spot and put on some Anita Baker or some other soothing music and take the first spoonfull real slowly. Let it hit your tongue and let it take you all the way to “have mercy” ( I had to split this up, it was too long lol)
